Oakland Physical Therapy is now offering home physical therapy for Medicare patients that live in Novi, Northville, Farmington, Walled Lake and Wixom.

Pilates Beginner

This is a beginner Pilates class. This class is designed for individuals just starting out and trying Pilates for the first time. The class concentrates on the basic concepts of Pilates. This class is taught by a licensed physical therapist, who is also a certified Stott Pilates Instructor. Please call the office if you have any questions.
